Woman banned from shops across Penrith after assault sentencing
Leanne Buckley has been jailed for 28 weeks and handed a two-year Criminal Behaviour Order
A Penrith woman has been given a two-year Criminal Behaviour Order after being jailed for 28 weeks.
Leanne Buckley, 33, of no fixed abode, has been banned from entering a number of shops in the town following offences including assault, harassment and breach of a restraining order.
The CBO bans her from entering any M&S, Booths, Home Bargains, Morrisons or Spar in Penrith.
It also bans her entering Skiddaw View, Griffin Yard and Pategill Road and she can't be in possession of an open container of alcohol whilst in public.
Community Beat Officer, PC Green, said: “Buckley’s criminal and anti-social behaviour has had a huge impact on local businesses.
“This order will prevent Buckley from further criminality and help protect business owners and local residents in Penrith."
