Driver suffers serious injuries following collision in Carlisle

Police are investigating a collision involving two vehicles, which left a man with serious injuries in Carlisle.

It happened at 8:30am on Thursday 7th August on Warwick Road, at the junction to Eastern Way in Carlisle.

The collision involved, a black Mercedes and Silver Hyundai. The driver of the Mercedes suffered serious injuries. The driver of the Hyundai was un-injured.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to the collision or anyone who may have dash camera footage.
