Tribute to "much-loved" man who died in three-vehicle Cumbria collision with tractor

Tributes have been paid to a "much-loved" man who died following a three-vehicle crash near Waverton Village.

Emergency services were called at around 11.40am on 24 May to reports of a crash involving a tractor and two motorcyclists.

Colin Edward Brunt, 65, from the Milnthorpe area died at the scene.

He was riding his motorcycle at the time.

His family have paid tribute to him, saying: "We are utterly devastated at the sudden loss of our wonderful husband and brother.

"Colin was much-loved by his family and popular in his village, talking to many on walks with his two adored golden retrievers.

"Meticulous and passionate in all his hobbies, from fishing and hang-gliding in his youth to vintage motorcycling in later years.

"A wonderful sense of humour, we will cherish every memory of him."

Officers are continuing to appeal for information on the collision.
