Appeal for footage following Barrow collision involving pedestrians
Witnesses urged to come forward after serious injuries
Police are seeking witnesses and any footage following a collision involving two pedestrians in Barrow on Friday night.
The incident occurred shortly after 11.05pm on 27th February in Buccleuch Court.
It involved a white Jeep that struck two men, one in his forties and one in his fifties.
Both men sustained serious injuries and were taken to hospital.
One was admitted to Furness General Hospital in Barrow, while the other was taken to Royal Preston Hospital.
Their conditions have been reported as stable.
Three men have been arrested in relation to the collision and are presently in custody.
Authorities have seized a vehicle believed to have been involved on Abbey Road.
Police are encouraging anyone who noticed anything unusual in the areas of Buccleuch Street and Rawlinson Street around this time to come forward.
Officers are particularly interested in tracking the movements of a white Jeep or similar vehicle with a 23 number plate in this vicinity at that time or afterward.
Those who have relevant dashcam or doorbell footage are encouraged to contact police.
