Teenage motorcyclist hospitalised after crash in Barrow
Park Road was closed yesterday (14 May) and reopened at 10pm
An 18-year-old motorcyclist has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a two-vehicle crash on the A590 in Barrow.
Emergency services were called out to Park Road just before 5pm yesterday (14 May).
Officers say a motorbike and a wagon collided.
The rider of the motorbike was taken to Preston Hospital in an air ambulance after suffering serious injuries.
He remains in hospital today (15 May).
Park Road was closed in both directions between Bank Lane and Sandscale Park yesterday and reopened at around 10pm.
