A woman has died following a four-vehicle collision on the M6 in Warwickshire.

It happened on the southbound side of the motorway between junctions 4 and 3, just after Corley Services, at around 10.30am on Wednesday 10th December 2025.

Police say the vehicles involved were a black Ford Transit van, an articulated HGV, a silver BMW, and a black Vauxhall Mokka.

The Ford Transit van reportedly collided with the central reservation.

The driver of the van, a woman in her 60s, was taken to hospital but has since passed away.

Police say her next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.

Investigating officers would like anyone who witnessed the collision or saw the vehicles, and how they were being driven to come forward.

They would also like to speak to anyone who has dashcam footage of the collision.

Anyone with information or footage can contact police via their website or by calling 101, quoting incident number 111 of 10th December.
