Two arrested and machete seized in Coventry

Two men are in custody today, after a weapon was seized in Coventry.

Police were called to Northfield Road yesterday, after reports of a man being threatened with a machete.

Officers attended and arrested two men, one in his 20s and another in his 30s, on suspicion of possession of a knife.

Both men remain in custody today while inquiries are ongoing.
