Warwickshire Police arrested three men yesterday (9 September) for suspected stolen cars. Police recovered a Mercedes and a Ford, both of which were suspected to be stolen.

A stolen Mercedes pick-up was found in Nuneaton, where it was travelling in convoy with a suspected stolen Ford.

Both cars were stopped, with occupants arrested. This resulted in the arrest of three men.

Two men were further arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, whilst the third was arrested for handling stolen goods. A further man was arrested for failing to appear in court in connection with another offence.

The men are now on police bail, whilst enquiries are still ongoing.
