13-year-old girl seriously injured in Coventry collision

Police are investigating the circumstances of the crash

A 13-year-old girl was seriously injured after a collision with a car in Coventry.

Police were called to Radford Road, near Barrs Hill School, at around 8.10am this morning (12 June).

The girl, aged 13, suffered serious injuries and remains in hospital.

The driver of the car was spoken to by officers at the scene and is helping with the investigation.

Radford Road remains closed this morning in both directions from Light Lane to Fynford Road.
