Sexual assault in Coventry leads to police witness appeal

Officers say the attack happened back in February

Police investigating a sexual assault in the Coventry are looking to speak to a man who may have more information.

Shortly before 8am on 3 February this year, a 17-year-old boy was sat on a bench in Naul's Mill Underpass when a man sat down next to him and kissed him without consent.

Since the offence happened, our officers have carried out CCTV and witness enquiries in the area nearby.

Police say: "We are hoping someone might recognise this man, or might have seen what happened and be able to help with our enquiries."
