A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a reported stabbing in Bedworth.
Warwickshire Police say the incident was reported earlier today (13 August) and a 57-year-old man from Bedworth near a business on Dark Lane this afternoon.
The force added that the victim received what are described as "superficial wounds" to his neck.
The arrested man remains in custody.
Chief Inspector Ben Hembry said: “We understand our communities will be concerned by this incident, I would like to take this chance to say we believe this is an isolated incident and there is no risk to the wider public.
“Officers will be in the area this evening and in the coming days, please talk to them if you have any concerns.”
