Coventry man who killed grandmother jailed for life

A man from Coventry has been jailed for life for the murder of his grandmother.

37 year old of no fixed address Sam Croston was given a minimum term of 30 years following his conviction earlier this year for the murder of Pamela Croston.

In September 2023 officers arrived after Pamela's emergency pendant had been activated.

Sam Croston was arrested and charged with her murder, despite telling officers he had no memory of the attack.
