Thomas Webster is accused of several offences
A man, from Warwickshire, has been charged with offences, after an investigation by Counter Terrorism Policing West Midlands.
Thomas Webster has been charged with ten counts of posting material online, using threatening words or behaviour intended to stir up racial hatred.
He has also been charged with posting material online using threatening words or behaviour intended to stir up hatred on the grounds of sexual orientation and a further offence of posting material online using threatening words or behaviour intended to stir up hatred on the grounds of religion.
The 29 year-old, from Lapworth, is due to appear before Coventry Magistrates Court on 5 August.
