Police are appealing for information after a 78-yer-old woman was found with serious injuries in Coventry.
The woman was found with significant head injuries in James Green Road just after 4.25pm yesterday afternoon (January 13).
She was taken to hospital for treatment and police say her injuries are believed to be life threatening.
Police say the investigation is in the early stages and they are carrying out enquires to find out exactly what happened.
Any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage is asked to contact West midlands Police.
