A Section 35 Dispersal Notice has been issued in Leamington Spa following reports of anti-social and criminal activities in the town centre.

The notice comes after incidents in the Parade area, where thefts from shops, objects being thrown in the street, and disruptive behaviour affecting businesses and the public have been reported.

Effective from 17:30 yesterday (11 August), the dispersal order will remain active until 17:29 on Thursday (13 August).

Officers will maintain high-visibility patrols and have the authority to direct people to leave the area where necessary to prevent further disorder.

Police warned that failure to comply with the dispersal order could result in arrest and subsequent court action.

Authorities are coordinating with local businesses and partners to ensure the town centre is secure and welcoming for all.
