Witness appeal after pedestrian killed in Tolvaddon crash

The incident happened on the A30 going westbound

Devon and Cornwall Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a fatal collision on the A30 Westbound at Tolvaddon, Camborne.

Officers were called at around 10.05pm on Saturday 30 August 2025 to reports of a crash involving a pedestrian and a white Peugeot 2008.

The male pedestrian, aged in his 30’s from the Hayle area, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

His next of kin are aware and being supported.

The driver of the car did not sustain any injuries.

Officers from the Roads Policing Team would like to thank the public for their patience whilst the road was closed.
