The hospital was rated 'Good' across all assessed areas, which include safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led standards, affirming its dedication to delivering high-quality care.
During their visit in March 2026, CQC inspectors lauded the hospital's effective systems and processes, recognising the professionalism and compassion of its staff.
Patients provided positive feedback about their care and treatment, reflecting the hospital's commitment to patient-centred services.
Acting Chief Executive Officer, Kim O'Keeffe, expressed delight at the CQC's recognition, highlighting the dedication and integrity shown by hospital staff daily.
O'Keeffe welcomed feedback for further improvements and noted the report as a reflection of the hospital's commitment to patients and their families.
The CQC report praised the hospital's positive safety culture, effective medicines management, and infection prevention standards.
