Three people taken to hospital after multi-vehicle collision on A390

The road was closed for several hours while an investigation took place

Three people have been taken to hospital after a multi-vehicle collision in Cornwall.

Emergency Services were called at around 8:30am this morning (January 27th) following a report of a collision involving a silver Mazda 2, a white Ford Transit and a black VW Polo on the A390 near Probus.

Occupants from all three vehicles sustained injuries in the collision and a total of four casualties were treated by South Western Ambulance Service and Cornwall Air Ambulance.

Three people were taken to hospital with serious injuries, but are in a stable condition.

A investigation was carried out at the scene ad the road was closed for several hours.

Police are asking any witnesses to the collision or anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage to contact them.
