Police in Devon and Cornwall are investigating graffiti that appeared on buildings and structures across South East Cornwall during Christmas.

Fifteen separate incidents of graffiti were reported on 24th, 25th, and 26th December, all thought to have happened late at night or in the early hours.

The graffiti, which displayed messages such as 'AI will replace us all' and 'AI will take our jobs,' was sprayed on publicly and privately owned spaces in Polbathic, Seaton, Downderry, Hessenford, Widegates, Crafthole, and Looe.

Images have been released of a person police would like to speak to as part of their investigation.

Officers have appealed for any CCTV or doorbell footage that might capture any suspicious activity, including people or vehicles in these areas during the dates given.

Anyone with information should contact police through their website.

Reports can also be made anonymously via the charity Crimestoppers.
