Police called as pick-up truck and tractor crash on A30
Officers responded to the incident on the A30 at Five Lanes last night (08/07)
Officers responded to a collision on the A30 at Five Lanes, Launceston, between a pick-up truck and a tractor last night, 8th July.
No injuries were reported, but the impact left both vehicles in a hedge by the roadside.
Cornwall Highways and the fire service attended the scene to assist.
Due to damage from the collision, the affected section of the road underwent repair by Highways.
The A30 was closed westbound until approximately 3.15am today, 9th July.
The westbound carriageway is scheduled to be closed again at Kennards House junction at 6pm today for the recovery of the vehicles using specialist equipment.
