Police appeal for witnesses following assault in Truro
Two men in their twenties have been arrested and remain in police custody.
A man's sustained potentially serious injuries and two others have been hurt after a large fight broke out in Truro.
Armed officers were called to the incident on Calenick Street just before two this afternoon. Police say it involved a number of people and a bladed article.
Two men in their twenties have been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent. They currently remain in custody.
Officers say that the people involved are believed to be known to each other and there is no wider threat to the public. They are also aware of footage circulating on social media.
