Man appears in court charged with murder

A man has appeared in court in Truro after being charged with murder.

39 year-old James Desborough, is accused of the murder of 43 year-old Daniel Coleman, between a period of June 2nd and July 7th, this is after remains were found in Sticker.

Mr Desborough, of Old Oak Woods, Lower Sticker, did not enter a plea.

The court was told by the defence barrister Ramsay Quaife there could be an application to dismiss the charge in due course.
