The firm has given an update to ticket holders

The decision to cancel the festival was made after Gracenote Promotion LTD conducted a thorough review of its financial situation and determined that the company was no longer in a viable position to proceed with the event.

Ticket holders who have purchased passes for the festival have been advised that, due to the company's insolvency, Gracenote Promotion LTD is unable to provide direct refunds for tickets.
