Sightings are still coming in of Frankie the flamingo, with reports now being logged from places as far away as North Cornwall, Newton Abbot, London, Burton-on-Trent and even France.

Closer to home, there are regular updates from Newlyn, Longrock, Marazion, Hayle Estuary and nearby areas, including Crowlas, Goldsithney and Breage.

Anyone who spots something is being asked to look out for Frankie’s short, bent beak and clipped feathers on her right wing.

You're asked not to approach or try to catch her, but if you can safely take a photo or video, Paradise Park say it would be a big help.

In an update over the weekend, Paradise Park said: "We are still receiving lots of sightings and are logging all of them. Some are from further afield including North Cornwall, Newton Abbot, London, Burton-on-Trent and even France, so it is taking some time to follow-up on these. Local reports are still coming in, regularly from Newlyn, Longrock and Marazion plus Hayle Estuary and anywhere in between those locations. Recent reports include Crowlas, Goldsithney and Breage.

"If you do spot something, look for the beak shape. Frankie's beak looks quite short with a bend - not like a stork or heron which have long straight beaks. When flying her long neck and head stick out straight in front and the legs straight out the back, plus you may see the feathers on the right wing have a notch shape as they have been clipped (see photo). Thank you.

"Have your camera ready for photos or video if you are going out looking, pictures are extremely helpful. If you are close and have What3words location that could be helpful, but please do not approach her or try to catch her yourself.

"You can contact us on 01736 753365, or email us on [email protected] or message us here on Facebook.

"A BIG thank you to everyone, including the many bird watchers we have spoken to who are looking out for her, and local businesses who have asked their staff to keep an eye out. It is really appreciated."
