Assault in A39 in Truro
It happened following a crash.
Police are appealing for witnesses following an assault after a collision on the A39 at Truro.
The incident happened on Thursday 6 March at around 4pm on Newquay Road, just prior to the junction with Tregurra Lane.
A collision occurred involving two vans: a Majestic Wines delivery van and another van which had been travelling in front.
The driver of the Majestic Wines van was then assaulted by the driver of the other van which resulted in injuries.
The driver got back into his van and left the area.
Officers are seeking witnesses to the incident and state that this would have been a busy part of the day with a lot of passing traffic so we hope someone may have seen something.
