64 ewes and lambs stolen from land near Halloon Roundabout
Police are appealing for witnesses
Devon & Cornwall Police are looking for witnesses following the theft of 64 ewes and lambs from land near the Halloon Roundabout, located between St Columb and Indian Queens.
The theft is believed to have taken place between 3.00pm and 9.50pm on Saturday, 18th July.
The stolen livestock include Texel-cross-Roussin sheep, along with some Poll Dorsets and North Country Mules.
Authorities are particularly interested in hearing from anyone in the area at the time who may have observed suspicious activity such as the use of livestock trailers, lorries, or sheep being gathered and moved.
Additionally, information about a blue hatchback car reported to have been in the area is also of interest to the police.
