Two in hospital after serious collision in Cambridge
It happened yesterday
Police are appealing for witnesses, after a crash in Cambridge yesterday (27 May) left a motorcyclist and their pillion passenger in a serious condition in hospital.
At about 10.35am, the beige and black Royal Enfield Himalayan motorcycle was involved in a collision with a car in Kings Hedges Road, at the junction of Lovell Road.
Emergency services attended the scene and the rider, a 21-year-old man, and his passenger, a 20-year-old man, were both taken to hospital where they remain in a serious condition.
A 74-year-old man who was driving the car, a grey Citroen Grand Picasso, was uninjured.
Officers are appealing for information and dashcam footage from anyone who may have witnessed the collision or the vehicles in the time leading up to it.
