Armed officers were called out in Godmanchester yesterday following reports of a man with a knife
Cambridgeshire Police have issued an update after armed officers were called out in Godmanchester yesterday evening (20 May).
Officers attended Rushes Walk shortly after 6pm following reports of a man with a knife.
A spokesperson for the force said: "Four men were detained for a search. One of the men, aged 25, was initially arrested in connection with the incident but de-arrested at the scene. No knife was located."
