Motorcyclist suffers serious injuries during A10 crash

A motorcyclist from Hertfordshire is in hospital with serious injuries after a crash on the A10 at Landbeach near Cambridge.
Cambridgeshire Police say the collision happened shortly before 10am on Saturday (25 April) and involved a Honda motorbike and a Ford Focus.
The motorbike rider, a 65-year-old man from Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital and is reported to be in stable condition.
The driver of the Ford Focus, a 63-year-old man from Cambridge, was uninjured.
He was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by driving without due care and attention and has been bailed while further inquiries continue.
Police are asking for witnesses who may have seen the vehicles before the crash or have dash cam footage to come forward.
