Motorcyclist dies on A603

A man has died, after a single-vehicle collision on the A603 Barton Road, in Cambridge, yesterday (18 June).

The man in his 30s, from Papworth Everard, was riding a red Triumph motorbike, when he left the road at about 8.25am.

Officers and paramedics attended but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Anyone who saw the collision, or has dashcam footage of the incident, please contact police via our website or 101 and quote Operation Lawford.

Formal ID has yet to take place.
