Five men charged after Eaton Socon Post Office robbery

The men will appear in court following the burglary

Five men have been charged with robbery after a Post Office in Eaton Socon was targeted on Great North Road.

The burglary took place at about 6pm on Sunday, 11th January, and vapes, cigarettes, and alcohol were stolen.

Nathan Kasule, 43, Abdifatah Hiji, 38, Americo Monteiro Do Rosario Silva, 42, Shane Barr, 37, and Michael Strojec, 45, have all been charged in connection with the incident.

Kasule, Hiji, and Silva have been charged with robbery. Kasule also faces possession of a class A drug charge.

Barr has been charged with robbery, theft from a shop, and common assault. Strojec has been charged with robbery.

All five men are due to appear at Cambridge Magistrates' Court today, 13th January.
