Armed police called to Cambridgeshire in knife suspect arrest
Officers were called to reports of a man carrying a knife
Armed police were called to Godmanchester tonight (Tuesday) to reports of a man carrying a knife.
Cambridgeshire Police attended Rushes Walk at 6.15pm.
"We were called with reports of a man seen with a knife," a police spokesperson said.
"Armed officers attended and searched the area, and one man has been arrested in connection with the call.
"There have been no reported injuries."
A police presence remains in the area and an investigation is ongoing.
