A man has denied causing the death of a teenager in a crash near Bushton in 2024.

Toya Jefferies, who was 16 and from Royal-Wootton-Bassett died following the collision on an unnamed rural road between Bushton and Hilmarton on the evening of 29 August 2024.

Richard Robinson, 20, , of Birch Road, Kingswood, appeared at Swindon Crown Court today (23 July) and pleaded not guilty to the charge of causing death by dangerous driving.

He has been released on bail and provisional trial date has been set for 18 January 2027.
