Natasha McKenzie has been appointed as a Co-opted Member of the Executive Board at Gloucestershire Cricket, marking a significant step in the club's ambition to become a leading Top 8 county.
This appointment comes at a crucial time for Gloucestershire Cricket as the club strives to expand its presence in the region and strengthen its ties with Bristol.
With over 20 years of experience in brand, commercial growth, audience insight, and regional partnerships, Natasha is set to provide a valuable strategic perspective to the Board.
Her expertise and extensive relationships throughout Bristol and the South West are expected to aid Gloucestershire Cricket in fortifying its connections across the city and identify new opportunities for broader reach and long-term growth.
Natasha McKenzie is the CEO and co-founder of Talisman Sparro, a strategic brand and growth consultancy based in Bristol. Her career has been dedicated to supporting businesses and organisations during pivotal growth moments.
She notably led the Marketing in Residence programme for SETsquared and collaborated with the University of Bristol's incubator and the Quantum Technology Enterprise Centre.
Peter Matthews, Chair of Gloucestershire Cricket, expressed his enthusiasm for Natasha's appointment:
"Natasha has an outstanding record in running a business which focuses on consumer engagement and branding, which is a skill that cricket, and Gloucestershire, will benefit from as we seek to grow our engagement with members, supporters, and the community around us. I am delighted that she has agreed to join us, and am excited to work with her."
Natasha McKenzie commented on her new role:
"Gloucestershire has a hugely exciting opportunity ahead. It is a Club with a proud history, but also real ambition for what comes next – particularly in strengthening its relationship with Bristol and reaching new audiences across the region. I have spent much of my career helping organisations navigate moments of growth and change, and I am excited to bring that experience, alongside my relationships and passion for Bristol, to the Board as the Club works towards its Top 8 ambition."
Natasha will attend her first Gloucestershire Cricket Board meeting on Wednesday, 23rd September 2026.
