A 25-year-old man from Henbury has been banned from entering Castle Park in Bristol after repeatedly breaching court orders related to anti-social behaviour.

Sain Jadama has been handed a two-year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) which legally prevents him from entering the park. Breaching the order could result in a prison sentence.

Jadama was sentenced after pleading guilty to three breaches of a Community Protection Notice and possession of a class B drug at Bristol Magistrates’ Court on 18th December.

He was arrested by neighbourhood officers addressing issues of anti-social behaviour and crime in the area.

PC Max Sims said officers are committed to addressing anti-social behaviour at Castle Park, describing it as a key priority for the neighbourhood team.

“Castle Park is a key priority for our neighbourhood team and we’re working closely with our partner organisations to ensure it remains a safe place for people to visit.

“Anti-social behaviour is not tolerated in our city and officers are committed to identifying those responsible and dealing with any criminal offences we identify.”
