Police appeal for witnesses following Fishponds assault
A man was assaulted after a collision on Royate Hill earlier this month.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted following a collision in the Fishponds area of Bristol earlier this month.
At 1.18pm on Sunday 7 December officers were called to Royate Hill where a Ford car had collided with a moped.
A man was found with a head wound which is believed to have been sustained during the assault. He was taken to hospital but has since been discharged.
A man in his 20s was arrested at the scene on suspicion of wounding with intent and has since been released on police bail.
Officers are now urging anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant dashcam footage to come forward.
