Man attacked with suspected gun in Bristol

Police in Bristol will be carrying out more patrols after a man was attacked and threatened with a suspected gun.

The incident, happened at around 7pm on Tuesday in Lawrence Hill.

Armed officers, a drone unit and search dogs were deployed.

Avon and Somerset Police have confirmed the victim was unharmed but that officers were unable to find the suspects or a firearm.

Officers are urging anyone with information to get in touch with them.
