Six individuals have been arrested in Bristol following police raids on four properties in Knowle.

Carried out on Tuesday, 24th March, the operation led to the seizure of weapons, vehicles, cash, mobile phones, and suspected controlled drugs.

The arrest follows a series of concerns reported by community members, prompting neighbourhood officers to partner with specialist units for executing the warrants.

The arrested individuals are suspected of being involved in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin.

Additionally, one person faces charges related to possessing criminal property.

All six have been released on conditional bail pending further investigations.

Authorities initiated the warrants as part of ongoing operations aimed at tackling drug-related crimes within the region.

With information provided by the public, police have set their sights on reducing the distribution and impact of illegal drugs.

Neighbourhood Sergeant Joe Iles commented on the efforts, noting the persistent commitment to address and eliminate drug supply networks.

“This warrant is the latest in a series of proactive operations carried out across the area to target drug-related crime," Iles said.

“These actions demonstrate the outstanding work being undertaken by our neighbourhood policing teams, which have led to significant amounts of illegal drugs being removed from our streets in recent months.

“We remain committed to pursuing those whose criminal behaviour brings harm and misery to our communities.

"We will act and ensure justice is served against those who choose to continue supplying drugs and contribute to the fear and suffering within our neighbourhoods.

"I urge members of the public to keep reporting any suspected criminal activity so we can continue to protect our communities together.”
