More than 100 people have braved the chilly North Sea to take part in the annual Boxing Day dip at Berwick.
Many dressed up specially for the occasion, which raises thousands of pounds for charity.
Some had travelled from as far as Edinburgh for the event.
And local piper Andrew Smith entertained the crowds who lined Spittal promenade with a rendition of festive favourite Jingle Bells.

Ever present Georgina Hill, who represents the town on Northumberland County Council, was raising money for the MND Association.
She said: “It was an incredible turnout of both swimmers and spectators.
“This event is going from strength to strength, with fantastic local support and more people travelling here to join in the fun and invigoration."
