Tribute paid to father killed in Wolverhampton collision
Family remember James Singh Jagpal following tragic crash.
The family of James Singh Jagpal, a 39-year-old father from Wolverhampton, have paid tribute after he died when a car crashed into a building on Finchfield Hill.
Describing Mr Jagpal’s kindness and humour, his family said he was "the absolute centre of our world" and expressed gratitude towards those who tried to help him.
They are appealing for privacy and urging the public not to share footage of the incident online.
Police are investigating the collision and seek witnesses, particularly drivers who were in the area between 5pm and 6pm on 23rd October. They hope to review any dashcam footage of the blue Renault Zoe involved.
