Man charged with possession of knife and shop theft in Sandwell

A man has been charged with shop theft and possession of a knife after stopping a car in Sandwell.

43 year-old Alan Handley, of Oldbury, has been charged with two counts of shop theft and possession of a knife in a public place.

He is due to appear at Dudley Magistrates’ Court on 2 June.
