Investigation underway after body found in burnt-out car in Kinver
Police and fire services collaborate at Sheepwalks Lane scene
A police investigation has been launched following the discovery of a body inside a burnt-out vehicle in Kinver.
The vehicle was spotted on Sheepwalks Lane shortly after 8.20am on 29th October, prompting officers to rush to the scene.
A cordon has been established as police carry out enquiries to identify the body and understand the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service, alongside fire investigators from West Midlands Fire and Rescue Service, are assisting in the investigation.
Police are urging anyone with information to contact them by calling 101 or using the online report function, quoting incident 162 of 29th October.
