The heartbroken family of an 18 year-old rider, who died after the bike he was on hit a traffic signal in Wolverhampton, has paid tribute to him.

Harvey Williams died after the bike hit a pelican crossing pole on Bilston High Street last Thursday evening (21 May).

Investigators from our Serious Collision Investigation Unit recovered the bike and enquiries have established that no other vehicle was involved.

Today, Harvey's family has shared their tribute to him, saying: "Losing you has brought so much heartbreak beyond words and pain impossible even to imagine.

"So beautifully natured, you are the most kindest, caring and by far the most politest young man a person could ever meet."

"We all love you so dearly and will forever cherish the memories, light and warms you brought into our world and the world of so many."

SCIU officers are preparing a file for the coroner and Harvey's family has been kept updated.
