Bike rider dies following collision with car in Brownhills

Police are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage

Police are appealing for information following a fatal collision, which has resulted in the death of a man.

The collision took place near the junction of Chester Road North at just after 5.30am yesterday (20 March). It involved a bike and a car on the A5 in Brownhills.

The 61-year-old bike rider, Adrian Hudson, was taken to hospital with serious injuries, but died shortly after.

The driver of the car - a Vauxhall Zafira - remained at the scene and is helping officers with our enquiries.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or holds dashcam footage is urged to contact police.
