Five individuals have been arrested in connection with disturbances during the EFL Cup match between Wolverhampton Wanderers and Port Vale at Molineux on Friday, 7th August.
The trouble erupted in the away end, leading to the arrest of four people aged between 17 and 45 on suspicion of affray.
Additionally, a 17-year-old boy faces allegations of causing intentional harassment, alarm, or distress due to an inappropriate gesture made towards a female spectator on the night of the match.
All five have been bailed with strict conditions as investigations proceed.
Police are actively appealing for information from witnesses to help piece together the events leading up to and during the incident.
