Three cars stolen from outside a property in Basingstoke

Police are appealing for witnesses and information after three cars were stolen from outside an address in Basingstoke.

Officers were called to a report that access had been gained to a property on Camford Close in Beggarwood between 3am and 4am on Wednesday 14 January.

Car keys were taken from inside the address and three cars – a Mercedes, a Renault and a Seat – were stolen from outside the property. The Renault was located nearby and has been recovered.

An Xbox console and controllers were also stolen from inside the address. Police also received reports of attempts to access other properties on the same road in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Police have launched an investigation and are appealing for anyone with CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage to come forward.
