17-year-old arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in Maidenhead
The victim is in hospital with serious injuries.

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an attempted murder in Maidenhead.
At around 1.40pm today (30/5), a man in his thirties was assaulted on Holmanleze.
The victim is currently in hospital in a stable condition having suffered serious injuries.
A 17-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder; he remains in police custody at this time.
Investigating officer Detective Inspector Sarah Noah said: “I understand this attempted murder will be concerning for people but we believe those involved were known to each other and there is no known threat to the wider public.
“We have made an arrest and we are not looking for anyone else in relation to the stabbing.
“I am appealing to anybody who witnessed what happened to please contact us.
“I would particularly like to hear from anybody who may have footage on their phones or dash-cams, which could help us in our investigation.
“Please do not share footage of the incident on social media and please do not speculate on the circumstances.
