A man has been jailed for 24 weeks after he breached a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) in Basingstoke.

Daniel Jankovic, 28, of no fixed abode, was given a CBO in April this year, which banned him from entering large parts of northern Hampshire.

He was caught in Basingstoke on 23 August and 28 August and was later arrested and charged with two counts of breaching a CBO.

Jankovic appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Friday (29 August) and pleaded guilty to both offences.
