Man dies in Reading crash
It happened this morning in Englefield
Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to a fatal road traffic collision in Reading.
Today (3/11), around 8.20am, there was a collision between a blue BMW and a blue Mercedes, travelling in opposite directions on Common Hill in Englefield.
The driver of the BMW, a 23-year-old man from Reading died at the scene.
The man’s next of kin has been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.
No arrests have been made at this time.
Investigating officer, Sergeant Sarah Davies, from the Roads Policing Unit said “First and foremost, my thoughts are with the loved ones of the man who tragically lost his life in this incident.
“I’m urging anyone who was in the vicinity at the time to review any dash-cam footage they may have, as it could hold vital information about the collision or the moments leading up to it.
