Man charged with sexual assaults in West Berkshire and Buckinghamshire

A 65-year-old man has been charged as part of an investigation into alleged multiple sexual assaults across West Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.

Anthony Clarke, from Stephens Firs, Mortimer, Reading, was charged by police on Sunday, 29th March.

He faces three charges of sexual assault relating to incidents that took place on 13th September 2022 in Newbury, 30th May 2025 in High Wycombe, and 17th June 2025 in Iver.

A Thames Valley Police spokesperson has confirmed Mr Clarke has been released on bail.

He is set to appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court on 29th April.
